…snow is going up instead of going down

…you’re holding the whole Earth instead of the Earth holding you

…your feet feels light

…your brain gets more blood

…you think that you look silly

…you once again get that idea that it’s not as hard to get into the position as it looked when you didn’t know how to

…you realise that the God made a good decision placing the vestibular system as high as possible in your body

…neighbours dog is still as annoying

…black is still black and white is still white

…music sounds just the same

…although is fading a bit with time

…you don’t care that you look silly

…your feet starts to get numb

…you start thinking that your blood system hasn’t been designed for you to remain in headstand for a long periods of time

…snow is still going upwards

…and your nose is blocked it gets worse

…it gets worse even if it is not blocked

…ok, you DO look silly, probably it’s about the time to get back

No, I’m not a yoga fan or anything, I don’t even do yoga. But I like to go into headstand every now and then, really straightens the spine and gives a mild shake to the body. There are loads of articles about the benefits of doing the headstand so I’m not going to list them here once again, give it a go if you dare and see for yourself…
