- …although is fading a bit with time
- …you don’t care that you look silly
- …your feet starts to get numb
- …you start thinking that your blood system hasn’t been designed for you to remain in headstand for a long periods of time

- …and your nose is blocked it gets worse
- …it gets worse even if it is not blocked
- …ok, you DO look silly, probably it’s about the time to get back
No, I’m not a yoga fan or anything, I don’t even do yoga. But I like to go into headstand every now and then, really straightens the spine and gives a mild shake to the body.
